Established in 2013, the Atlantis Center – House of Experiences offers over 20 interactive exhibits where children and adults alike can participate in learning first-hand about scientific knowledge in the fields of mechanics, mathematics, statics, magnetic poles, bubbles, and even lasers. If history is your child's cup of tea, the Atlantis Center offers an amazing program about ancient Egypt titled "Pharaoh's Secrets". This program, brought to you by the London-based SCIATOM features presenters that are dressed to the nines in Egyptian costumes that will guide your child through the mysterious world of ancient Egypt and teach them about such things as embalming, mummification and how to decipher hieroglyphics. The engaging pharaoh program was created by history teachers, museologists and conservators, so it is sure to please.
