Watchdog
With our Watchdog service you will never miss another listing! Set your preferences and Watchdog will regularly keep you informed about newly added or reduced price properties. How often you’d like to be notified is up to you. In order to use the Watchdog service, you must first create an account with us.
To get the most out of our services, you must first sign in. If you haven’t created an account with Svoboda & Williams yet, please register.
1 Enter your search criteria
Watchdog works just like a regular search: simply set the individual parameters to filter results according to what you’re looking for. You can have multiple Watchdogs, for example, if you’re looking for an apartment and a family house, you can create a different Watchdog for each one.
2 Save your search
Name your Watchdog and choose how often you’d like to be informed about the properties it finds for you, or you can create a Watchdog straight from your search results by clicking on the eye icon above the search results.
3 Keep an eye on new listings
Watchdog will be sending you newly listed properties by e-mail. You can change how often you want to receive notifications for each Watchdog any time.
