The core of our business. The agents in charge of residential property sales at Svoboda & Williams are among the best in the real estate market. Some have even been with us from the very beginning, yet you can tell that they still enjoy being part of the world of premium real estate.
Residential Rentals Team
Not many people know that Svoboda & Williams started off in rental properties. The rental market has changed significantly since we launched the company, but it’s still as dynamic as it always was. That’s why our colleagues in the Residential Rental Team are the busiest people at Svoboda & Williams. The sound of keys jingling can be heard in their office 365 days of the year and not just on November 17th.
Commercial Leasing Team
Our Commercial Leasing Team will keep a close eye on the development of the office, retail, and warehouse segments. Thanks to their adaptability, we were able to add offices for lease with flexible lease terms to our portfolio.
Property Management Team
Property management isn’t just about finding a handy plumber or electrician. It’s quite literally a multidisciplinary field. Our property and facility managers meticulously look after our clients’ properties, whether apartment buildings or listed chateaux, saving them time and stress.
Marketing Team
A creative oasis and practically a small advertising agency within Svoboda & Williams. The team creates websites and the visual identity of all projects entrusted to it, takes care of graphic design, creative writing, expert photography, social and digital media marketing, and communicates with journalists and with everyone in the company in order to ensure that nothing is out of place.
Finance and Analytics
Tables, charts, hard data. Our financial experts and analysts have mind maps in their heads that consist of numbers, based on which they are able to predict what will happen next in the real estate market. They can therefore give good advice on how best to proceed with residential and commercial projects.
The foundations of Svoboda & Williams were laid when I met Marion Williams in 1999, which I often refer to as a fateful event. Since the very beginning, understanding our clients’ needs and a progressive marketing strategy were central to the company’s values. Both aspects set the tone for our development as a business and set us apart from our competitors at the turn of the millennium. More than twenty years later, many things have changed yet these two cornerstones have remained unchanged.

We Invest in Nature Conservation and Restoration
In 2023, we began our long-term cooperation with Refugium. This organization is dedicated to promoting the biodiversity of our landscape and restoring damaged ecosystems. Until recently, one such devastated site was located in Czech Canada, and Refugium helped a wetland created by beavers thrive through targeted revitalization interventions. We gave financial assistance to this project and funded Refugium’s other activities. Thus, at least symbolically, we’ve extended our house-finding services for people to the creation of refuges for other, often more endangered species.
Svoboda & Williams Cup
Since 2013, we have been organizing the Svoboda & Williams Cup charity indoor futsal tournament whose proceeds support the Tereza Maxová Foundation for Children. In the past, through the foundation, we have contributed to the non-profit organizations Home Start ČR, Rozum a Cit, the Lata project, and others.

Svoboda & Williams is a lifestyle and we strive to reflect this in our Selected Magazine. We focus on issues that are outside the mainstream and follow the latest trends in the world of design, fashion, art, architecture, as well as electronics, beauty, and gastronomy.
Environmental Protection Activities
Under the auspices of Svoboda & Williams, the Srdce Poohří Environmental Institute was established in 2021. The institute’s goal is to protect the unique natural landscape surrounding the town of Stráž nad Ohří, support its biodiversity, and provide environmental education to professionals as well as to the general public through workshops, exhibits, and cultural events. We also regularly support the Wetlands and Zamenis associations.
