The mountain house, designed in a traditional style and color scheme by a renowned architectural studio, is thoughtfully integrated into the existing cluster of picturesque wooden cottages. Units
On the ground and first floors, there are two units with a 1-bedroom layout (ground floor: 55.5 m2 and 63.7 m2, first floor: 56.6 m2 and 65.71 m2). In the attic, there are studio (40.69 m2) and 1-bedroom (65.06 m2) units. The largest unit in the project is a 2-bedroom duplex (83.2 m2) with a garden terrace (14.25 m2). Facilities include electric underfloor heating with Wi-Fi thermostats, light beige large-format tiles, vinyl floors in an oak design, spruce wood entrance doors with a walnut varnish, white lacquered interior doors, sanitary ware and faucets by Hansgrohe, SAT, and Kaldewei, a videophone, and for the attic units air-conditioning and roof windows with electrically operated blinds and a rain sensor. Each unit comes with a storage locker and an outdoor parking space for an additional cost, with three parking spots reserved for visitors. There will be a preparation for electric car chargers by the parking spaces. A shared garden will be available to unit owners.
Location
Antonínov is part of the village of Josefův Důl, located less than 30 minutes by car from Liberec, which serves as a starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing trips. In Josefův Důl itself, there is a small ski resort just 1 km away from the building, as well as a sports complex with tennis and volleyball courts and a football field. There is also a grocery store, a restaurant, and a café. The winter landscape features groomed cross-country trails, and the ski resorts of Tanvaldský Špičák and Albrechtice in the Jizera Mountains and Severák are within easy reach. Nearby attractions include the Protržená Dam, the Královka and Bramberk observation towers, the picturesque settlement of Mariánská Hora, and Jizerka, located in the unique Jizera Dark Sky Area. The village has a train connection to Smržovka, which is accessible by the popular natural toboggan run from Černá Studnice.
