Apartments
All units will be sold fully finished, including designer bathrooms. Storage space can be expanded by the purchase of a cellar cubicle in the building's basement. The largest apartments will also offer the option to purchase a parking space in a car stacker located in the covered courtyard. The high-standard facilities includes brushed wooden parquet floors (rustic oak) and wooden lacquered panelel entrance doors with security fittings.
Location
Ovenecká 9 is situated on a quiet street that shares the same name, running through Letná from the National Technical Museum near Letná Park, past Letenské Square, all the way to Stromovka Park.
