The unique Mrakodrap residential project is emerging in the center of Moravská Ostrava. Like the original structure, with its 24 floors Mrakodrap will continue to be one of Ostrava’s tallest buildings. Fully modernized inside and out, it boasts an eye-catching organic exterior flow, with incorporated balconies and terraces that offer impressive views of the city and the Beskydy Mountains. Its 111 residential units provide unique and comfortable living in the wider center of Ostrava.

Apartments
In order for the residence to satisfy housing demands during all of life’s ages and stages, apartment layouts start at 30 m2 and go all the way up to 203 m2 and their dispositions range from studios to three-bedrooms. All units feature quality facilities that include triple-glazed large-format aluminum windows, vinyl floors, large-format tiles, walk-in showers and brand-name sanitary ware, and underfloor heating with cooling options. The units will have air recovery systems/controlled ventilation, and those from the 20th floor and higher will be prepared for the installation of air-conditioning. Air conditioning will be included in the units on the 21st to 23rd floors. Each of the apartments includes a cellar storage unit and a garage parking space for an additional fee in a newly built neighboring building. Most units are extended by a balcony full of greenery with an automatic irrigation system. The area around the building will have a pleasant recreational zone with a children’s playground and a park.
Location
Right in the center of Moravská Ostrava, its location allows you to have everything within easy reach—stores, restaurants, cafes, galleries, theaters, and public transport stops (trolleybuses, trams, and buses). Ostrava’s main railway station is also nearby. The surrounding landscaped parks and the bike path along the Ostravice River make this a truly pleasant place to live.
