Apartments
When designing the layouts, emphasis was placed on having sufficient space, which is why even the smallest apartment has an area of almost 50 m2. The size of the apartments from studio to 2-bedroom ranges from approx. 52 m2 to 114 m2. Another added value are the large-format windows with anthracite plastic-aluminum frames and exterior blinds, and all units are also extended by a terrace, balcony, or loggia. The premium facilities include Boen four-layer oak floors, La Futura large-format bathroom tiles, premium sanitary ware from Ideal Standard, Kaldewei and Hüppe, Sapeli entrance and interior doors, underfloor heating, and air-conditioning. Heating will be provided by De Dietrich gas condensing boilers.
Location
The project is situated on a side one-way street lined with mature trees in the vibrant area of Upper Žižkov, near parks such as Vítkov and Parukářka. Another large park will be created alongside a new district in the former Žižkov freight station area. Due to the new residential development, the range of services in the vicinity will significantly expand. Currently, there are numerous locally-owned businesses in the area, with the popular Aero art house cinema located almost beneath the residence's windows. Nearby is the Vozovna cultural center with a library and cafe, a sports complex with an indoor pool and summer swimming pool, tennis courts, kindergartens and elementary schools, and a high school. Quick connections to the city center are provided by numerous tram lines, with the ride to Wenceslas Square taking just 15 minutes, and even faster access to the Želivského or Palmovka metro stations.
