Cafes and shops will be available to residents directly within the project. Other services, the town's historic core, and the recreational area on the banks of Svět Pond are within easy walking distance. Units
The project consists of a total of 56 residential units and 15 studios with layouts ranging from studio to 3-bedroom and floor areas of 28–120 sq. m. The layout, size, and composition of the units give buyers a wide range of choices depending on their specific needs and options. The apartments are designed to meet the high standards of permanent and recreational housing. For each unit, it is necessary to purchase a parking space and a cellar. Most apartments will have a balcony, loggia, or private garden. All units will be for sale in a finished condition, with heat recovery, underfloor heating, triple-glazed plastic windows, quality vinyl floors, security entrance doors, and large-format tiles in the bathrooms and Grohe sanitary ware in a modern dark shade of Hard Graphite included.
