Each of the 6 apartments and 2 semi-residential units has been designed with an emphasis on quality, comfort, and modern technology. The layouts include studio apartments (1+kk) and one-bedroom apartments (2+kk), with sizes ranging from 39.5 m2 to 93.4 m2. The standard features include wood-aluminum windows with electric blinds, high-quality vinyl floors, a fully equipped custom-made kitchen, wooden ash furniture, LED lighting, a Loxone smart home system, and electric locks on entrance doors. The Šumavský Ráj Residence is located in Chlum u Volar, a quiet village on the edge of Šumava National Park, with convenient access to ski resorts such as Hochficht, Kvilda, and Modrava.
