The 18th-century townhouse belonged to the prominent industrialist Ferdinand Rotter. He chose the best location in the center of the region for this magnificent building: Velké Square in Králíky. Today, its meticulous reconstruction has created 21 modern accommodation units, representing not only a carefree environment for active relaxation, but also a suitable investment opportunity.
Relaxation after a day spent in nature is provided by the wellness zone with a Finnish sauna and spacious Jacuzzi. This perfect experience is completed by a restaurant serving genuine Italian cuisine made from first-class ingredients prepared by Italian chefs, and a designer lounge on the ground floor of the building. The architectural quality of the reconstruction was also recognized by the prestigious Best of Realty competition, where the project was ranked among the four best in the Czech Republic. Problem-free parking is possible in Rotter Residence's parking lot or around Velké Square.
Location
The area at the foot of the Jeseníky Mountains near Kralický Sněžník is a popular recreational destination all year round with rich opportunities for active recreation. Nearby (about 10 minutes by car) is the Dolní Morava mountain complex, which includes a ski resort with the longest ski slope in the Czech Republic, a popular bike trail, the Sky Bridge 721 suspension bridge, the popular The Sky Walk observation structure, and a large children's park. You can also use the services of the Buková hora - Suchý vrch ski resort with over 70 km of cross-country skiing trails. The surroundings also offer historical monuments, lookout towers, and natural attractions, including the Hora Matky Boží pilgrimage site with a Baroque church and monastery. The area is easily accessible from Prague, Brno, and Ostrava, and the drive from all directions takes about 2 hours. It is also possible to get here comfortably and quickly by train.
