Location
On one side, a one-way side street leads to the Na Fidlovačce park with the theater of the same name, on the opposite side it passes through a park built in 2021 at the instigation of the local civic association. There is a complex with a kindergarten and elementary school as well as a Duhovka Montessori grammar school right next to the residence, another grammar school is just a short distance away. Also worth mentioning is the wellness center located on the 25th floor of the nearby Corinthia Hotel, the range of services will be further expanded by the nearby Nuselský pivovar residential project. A tram stop, the Vyšehrad metro station on line C and the future Náměstí bratří Synků station on line D are within a convenient distance, and you can easily connect to the highway by car.
