“Nowadays we are also working on two projects which our team is participating in in the position of equity partners. In one case we have made an offer to buy a traditional Vinohrady apartment building where we would subsequently do the reconstruction and the sale of the apartment units. In the second case we are attempting to acquire a site with a zoning permit for building an apartment building in a prestigious villa quarter,” adds Žižka, a partner of SVOBODA & WILLIAMS DEVELOPMENT, commenting on the division's current projects.

Jaroslav Žižka has many years of experience with the real estate market in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. He has acquired this experience, among others, while working for the ORCO Property Group as Sales Director for the Czech and Slovak Republic (2011-2012) and for Svoboda & Williams as the Head of Sales Department (2003-2011).
