Svoboda & Williams’ commercial leasing department brokered the lease of more than 50% of a newly emerging and already at full occupancy industrial park in Tuchoměřice, not far from Prague’s main airport. Brokers managed to find tenants for 1,830 m² out of the total of 3,397 m² of space.
This commercial complex with small retail units for lease, located in close proximity to the D7 highway and less than 3 km from Václav Havel Airport Prague, is attracting significant interest from tenants. The project offers a flexible combination of manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces that meet modern technical standards.
Team Svoboda & Williams brokered three significant transactions. A distributor of plant-based foods and beverages is moving to Hall A, where the company is leasing 957 m² of space. In Hall B, tenants include Pfanner, spol. s r.o. (499 m²) and Virtuality.one Czech Republic, s.r.o. (374 m²). In addition to production and warehouse premises, all leased units include offices tailored to the clients’ needs.
“Our cooperation with the project developer has been excellent. We particularly appreciate their client-focused approach and ability to respond quickly to tenants’ specific needs. It was precisely this high degree of flexibility in addressing spatial layout issues that enabled us to effectively accommodate a wide range of companies and sign lease agreements with such a diverse group of tenants even before the buildings were completed,” says Jiří Čadek, senior consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
