Administrative Building B from Passerinvest Group’s portfolio in Prague’s Brumlovka district has welcomed new tenants. At the end of January 2026, Slavia Pojišťovna a.s. moved into the spacious, above-standard premises with a total area of 2,400 m², together with BIZ DATA a.s.
The tenants have acquired new premises on the first and second floors of the building, where they will enjoy fully furnished offices with the highest standard of facilities, including designer furniture and superior fit-outs. The transaction also includes a unique 93 m² retail unit on Vyskočilova Street on the ground floor of the building, which will serve as the insurance company’s elegant client center. Both companies are moving to the new premises from their current headquarters on Táborská Street.
The quality of construction and technological sophistication of the building played a key role in the selection of the new address. “Tenants preferred Brumlovka over the buildings under consideration in Pankrác during the decision-making process. A key factor was not only the high standard of the fit-out, which enabled a smooth and quick move, but also the cutting-edge technologies and unrivalled amenities, plus the accessibility of the location,” says Sylva Turinská, senior consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who brokered the lease.
"We immediately got used to working in Na Brumlovce—it's easy to get used to the highest standards," says Karel Waisser, CEO of Slavia pojišťovna. "In addition to our headquarters, we're also opening a new branch here. Although we're one of the most digitally advanced insurance companies, we continue to strategically expand our physical network. I believe that this inspiring environment will take us another step forward in caring for our clients," he adds.
The Brumlovka area has long been one of the most sought-after administrative hubs in Prague. “We’re increasingly seeing clients looking for spaces that offer them a complete, aesthetically, and functionally refined solution without the need for further high investments in modifications. Building B has met these requirements in full,” Turinská adds.
“I greatly appreciate the professional yet friendly approach taken by representatives of Passerinvest Group and the management of the tenants. It was precisely this open communication that contributed to the entire transaction being completed in a very short time and to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved,” she continues.
“I am delighted that another strong Czech group has chosen Brumlovka. It’s wonderful to see domestic companies doing well and that we Czechs can be proud of one another. We’re delighted that the quality of the space and the range of services available at Brumlovka once again prevailed, with Brumlovka winning in the eyes of the client in direct competition with Pankrác. Personally, I greatly appreciate the openness and partnership approach of both the client and their real estate advisor, with whom it was a real pleasure to work with,” concludes Eduard Forejt, CRE business development director of Passerinvest Group, a.s.
