Last Four Apartments for Sale in the Africká Residential Project

11.08.2025

The Africká residential project, situated in Prague’s Vokovice neighborhood, is in high demand—more than 80% of its apartments have already been bought and currently only 4 of the original 22 units are still available.

“We saw an intense interest in Africká from the very beginning. Its combination of an attractive location close to greenery and perfect access to both the city center and Václav Havel Airport make it an excellent place to live as well as an investment opportunity,” says Magdalena Rouha Svatková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.

Only four residential units, ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts and floor areas from 42 to 117 m2, remain available in this elegant new building. The two studios on the ground floor are extended by private front gardens, and the two spacious apartments on the highest floors are also connected to the outside through terraces accessible from all main rooms. All of the apartments come with cellar storage units and most also a parking space in a car stacker.

Quality facilities include wooden floors, insulated triple-glazed windows, and a preparation for external blinds and designer bathrooms with premium Sahara sand colored tiles by Fondovalle. The atmosphere of the common areas is created by earthy tones and natural textures, giving the entire building a distinctive character.

Perfect transport accessibility and the greenery all around make Africká a unique place to live. Public transport stops and the Praha–Veleslavín Railway Station are only a 4-minute walk away. The ride to the city center takes only 10 minutes and you can reach the airport by trolleybus in 15 minutes. The Divoká Šárka and Obora Hvězda nature preserves are nearby, both of which are oases of peace and space for relaxation where you can exercise outdoors. The location therefore provides an ideal balance between urban living and nature—Africká’s residents can escape the hustle and bustle of the city at any time and retreat to the peaceful environment of a nature reserve.

The project’s final approval is scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2026.
