The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency is expanding—colleagues in residential sales, market analysis, and marketing have welcomed new members. Adding numbers to our teams reflects the agency’s growing ambitions in the regions beyond Prague.
The residential sales team acquired two new colleagues, who will be working in their newly opened branch in Karlovy Vary. Rosalie Pfefferová, a former top volleyball player, studied management and business in art and advertising. A certified nutrition counselor, she also worked as an investment advisor. Rosalie is fluent in English.
Her Karlovy Vary teammate is Dominika Bártová, a graduate of Charles University’s Faculty of Social Sciences. She is a Karlovy Vary patriot and the author of two guides to the region: Vary Guide and Frantovka Guide. She also works as a PR specialist and editor of lifestyle magazines. Dominika is fluent in English.
The marketing team is now being led by experienced manager Petra Šotolová. A graduate of Marketing & Management at the University of Economics, she brings a wealth of experience from the commercial, corporate, and private sectors. She previously worked in companies such as Proximity Prague, Shell Czech Republic a.s., Henceforth, and Studio Horák.
Our new project manager is Kristina Šetková, who has an engineering degree in Marketing Communications from the College of Finance and Administration. She honed her professional skills at the most prestigious Prague auction house Galerie Kodl, and also worked as a project manager at Solidpixels and as a marketing specialist at TKC Group.
Vasil Burak is now our digital designer. He studied graphic design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Brno University of Technology. His work experience includes a stint as a graphic designer and coder at Norma studio in Turin and a UI/UX designer at Knihobot.
Our social media and its creative direction will now be in the capable hands of Petra Bastl.
