Construction work on the Nová Cihelna residential project began in May. The residence will offer timeless apartments suitable as a primary or vacation home, or as an investment property in a picturesque spa town in southern Bohemia. It’s scheduled to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2027.
The materials, textures, and facade details will reflect the history of the place where the new project will stand. Since the 17th century, the area was full of municipal and aristocratic owned brickworks. Nová Cihelna will offer 38 apartments and 14 studios with layouts from studio to three-bedroom and floor areas from 28 to 120 m². Quality facilities in every unit include insulated triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, vinyl floors, and reliable Grohe sanitary ware. Almost all of the units will come with a loggia or balcony and some will be extended by spacious terraces or private front gardens. Buyers must also purchase a parking space and cellar storage unit.
Třeboň is an ideal base for year-round recreation. It lies in the heart of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve interwoven with a dense network of bike paths. The local nature, system of ponds, and spa services offer countless opportunities for rest and relaxation. Those interested in quiet family living with quick access to České Budějovice will appreciate the project largest units. “The Nová Cihelna project is located in a peaceful green part of town, right next to the popular Aurora spa and Svět Pond. This historic center of town is also easily accessible. Třeboň will develop its spa industry in the near future, which will lead to greater demand for short-terms as well as long-term accommodation,” says Veronika Bičišťová, sales representative at Svoboda & Williams.
