The Michelské Údolí residential project offers modern living in a peaceful location with excellent access to the center of Prague on the border of Nusle, Michle, and Pankrác. During the first construction phase, a six-story apartment house with only 16 units will be built and most have already been sold.
The remaining available units come in practical one-bedroom or two-bedroom layouts and floor areas from 62 to 77 m², generally extended by spacious terraces or balconies. The project will also include a parking garage with 13 spaces.
“All of the apartments in Michelské Údolí are characterized by high-quality facilities such as large-format windows with electrically operated blinds, underfloor heating, heat recovery, and are fully prepared for the installation of air-conditioning. The price of each apartment includes a cellar storage unit that provides extra space, which is something residents will appreciate,” says Peter Drahokoupil, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, which has been exclusively retained to sell the residential units.
“We’ve seen an enormous demand for projects in locations with great civic amenities and easy access to the city center. The added value of Michelské Údolí is the future stop of the new D line metro on nearby Bratří Synků Square, making it even easier to get around the city by public transport,” adds the agent.
The project is scheduled to be finished in the second quarter of 2026. In the second phase of construction, family houses will be built in the vicinity of the boutique residence.
