Svoboda & Williams Welcomes New International Property Consultant

Svoboda & Williams is strengthening its position and widening its range of activities abroad. Its team of experts has therefore welcomed International Property Consultant Thomas Richmond Lindner, an experienced broker who spent many years working in New York’s real estate market is now the official representative of Christie’s International Real Estate at Svoboda & Williams.
For 7 years now, Svoboda & Williams has been an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate and one the 165 far-flung local affiliates of this premium brand. “Christie’s is one of the leaders of the global property market and guarantees luxury real estate and top-notch brokerage services all around the world,” states Managing Partner of Svoboda & Williams Prokop Svoboda. “Our partnership will create opportunities to present select properties globally and effectively appeal to clients living abroad,” adds Svoboda.
“We want to mediate greater real estate opportunities abroad for Czech clients,” says Svoboda. Experienced real estate broker Thomas Richmond Lindner will now be responsible for expanding real estate activities and acquisitions in the international market. The Kansas native will monitor global market trends, search for new opportunities, and communicate with partners from Christie’s International Real Estate and Christie’s auction house.

With a degree in film and media studies from the University of Kansas, Thomas has been working in real estate since 2017. For his many successful transactions, he was awarded the Emerald Elite tier from Better Homes and Gardens. He was part of a team that was featured in the Wall Street Journal’s prestigious Real Trends ranking in 2023, which means that they were in the 1.5 % of the most successful real estate agent teams in America. His interest in his Czech roots led him to Prague, where decided to relocate permanently. Besides real estate, Thomas’s other passions include music. In his spare time, he enjoys sound design and composing.
