Sold! Apartments in the Na Pramenech Residential Complex Have Found Their Owners

Svoboda & Williams has successfully sold all 15 residential units in a boutique apartment building that was part of the final construction phase of a sought-after complex of family houses on the northern edge of Prague.
The Na Pramenech project consists of 77 semi-detached houses and duplexes, as well as the above-mentioned apartment building, on the border of Čakovice, Letňany, and Ďáblice. “Clients appreciated the happy mix of a neighborly atmosphere, a feeling of safety, a high amount of greenery, and excellent access to the city center,” says Vanda Kučerová, property consultant at Svoboda & Williams. “Thanks to the optimally timed sale and high quality of the development, the Na Pramenech residential complex is one of Svoboda & Williams’ most successful projects,” she adds.
The elegant architectural style of all the homes and the building bear the distinctive character of the renowned ADR studio. Architects Petr Kolář and Aleš Lapka lent the new builds a simple esthetic and high level of functionality. The three-story apartment building with bright studio to two-bedroom apartments blends seamlessly with the project’s family houses.
“Just like the family houses, the apartments’ residents can also enjoy a connection to the exterior since each unit comes with a loggia. The apartments on the ground floor are extended by front gardens,” states Kučerová. “Most owners have chosen to live in the apartments they’ve purchased, confirming the continuing demand for projects of a similar quality,” she concludes.
