At its June meeting, the Rental Housing Association, which groups together the key players in the Czech market under its umbrella, welcomed two new members, one of which was Svoboda & Williams.
Over the course of its existence, Svoboda & Williams has established itself as a leading player in the segment of residential housing and property management in Prague. “In recent years, the rental market has seen rapid development with the arrival of corporate capital. Since our company specializes in residential housing, we want to be a big part of it,” says Prokop Svoboda, owner of Svoboda & Williams.
“Until recently, we provided rental housing services primarily to landlords. As large corporations and rental apartment developers have started to make a difference, the situation is changing dramatically. We therefore welcome a platform that creates space for discussions on topics of great relevance to the rental market,” adds Svoboda.
The association was established four years ago and currently brings together 13 entities, most of which are property owners with a portfolio of over 55,000 rental units across the country. The association’s mission is to support the development of quality rental housing in the Czech Republic, share its know-how with professionals and the public, and promote ethical principles within the industry.
