Fourteen unique houses that are already being built on a hillside by the Orlík Dam’s reservoir will soon be added to Svoboda & Williams’ portfolio. Only 45 minutes away from Prague, they will stand on remote land that offers an ideal escape from the busy world and the chance to be surrounded by the majestic countryside of the Central Bohemian Vltava River Valley. This exclusive group of houses will come with a private marina where future owners can dock their boats.
Locations that combine complete tranquillity and access to a body of water are rare in the Czech Republic. The Přístav houses on the banks of the Orlík Reservoir are being built with the ambition to create a hideaway for the most discerning buyer that will go beyond the standard recreational property offer and will match the uniqueness of the area.
