Svoboda & Williams Welcomes Its Newest Members

Our new in-house lawyer is Karla Kalecká. She has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia and spent a year abroad at the University of Zurich. She has been working in law since 2010, including a five-year stint at Rödl & Partner, first as a law clerk and three years later as a lawyer. She currently cooperates externally with the Czech Bar Association. Karla speaks German and English fluently. Sports have been a big part of her life—she played floorball at a professional level for over fifteen years and also enjoys tennis, skiing, and biking.

The Property Management Team welcomed Přemysl Kavan, who works as a Senior Facility Manager. He has been working in facility management for several years and gained experience at the Kaprain Group. Přemysl speaks English proficiently and spends his free time playing golf, hockey, and biking.

Lukáš Machula joined the Commercial Leasing Team as a Senior Leasing Consultant. He has been active in commercial real estate for six years and previously worked for Procházka & Partners and Penta Real Estate. He earned a master’s degree in international business at the University of Economics and Business.

Our Brno branch welcomed Property Consultant Lenka Kjučukovová. She studied international business at the Business Academy in Brno. Lenka has been working in real estate for fifteen years as a manager of residential projects at construction companies, for private investors as well as for developers.
