The construction of the timeless PRAGA Office & Garden administrative building is continuing successfully and has now reached the sixth and highest floor. Svoboda & Williams has been exclusively retained to broker the lease of the newly emerging offices located in the oldest part of Karlín.
The PRAGA Office & Garden building, designed by the ADNS studio and realized by the M2 Real Estate development company, is part of the multifunctional PRAGA complex.
