Svoboda & Willams Leased over 1 300 m2 of Office Space in the Futurama Business Park

The commercial leasing department of SVOBODA & WILLIAMS has finalized the rental deals for over 1 300 m2 of office space located in the Futurama Business Park administrative complex in January 2014. SVOBODA & WILLIAMS has thus helped a shipping company and an international IT company rent new modern office space.
800 m2 of office space has been rented by the Czech brand MSC Austria, an international shipping company, while another 531 m2 of office space has been rented by IPS, an international IT company.
The Futurama Business Park is a new-generation administrative center located in the Prague quarter of Karlín, near the Invalidovna underground station, and consisting of five buildings with the sixth one expected to finalize the project. Apart from quality office space, its tenants can take advantage of areas featuring greenery and water elements, excellent for moments of relaxation.
These and other similar rental contracts are clear indications that the demand for quality office space and professional mediating services is stable.
