About the project

The project with a green roof was created by the SENAA architectural studio, which, during the construction phase, called for high quality materials to be used and created an impeccable design. The surface of the terraces is made of larch wood. Sapeli Elegant rebate-free doors are equipped with magnetic locks. Heating and hot water are provided by gas condensing boilers. Each unit comes with a large cellar storage unit, common areas are complemented by a small sports field.
Apartments
The residential complex consists of four two-story garden 3-bedroom apartments with the atmosphere of a family house and two generously apportioned air-conditioned 3-bedroom penthouses with two terraces. The layout of the apartment offers a social space on the entrance level with a dining room and kitchen that has acees to a garden terrace. There is also a bathroom with a connection for a washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with niches for fitted wardrobes and a second bathroom. The 2 apartments include swimming pools. Location

The Anděl Smíchov Center with shops, cinemas, restaurants, and cafés is a 15-minute tram ride away. You can quickly drive to the Prague Ring Road and a tunnel complex.
