Pálavská brána

The layout of each house consists of a living room with a preparation for a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a dressing room, and a foyer. From the outdoor terrace, stairs lead to the rooftop terrace. The interior floor area is 84 sq. m., garden terraces 37 sq. m., rooftop terraces 30 sq. m., land with outdoor parking and a shed for storing bicycles or garden furniture from 300 to 500 sq. m.
Facilities will include phthalate-free, ecologically recyclable vinyl floor (you can choose from multiple decors), underfloor heating throughout the house, including in the bathrooms, plastic windows in a wood decor with multi-chamber profiles and a preparation for exterior motorized blinds, interior doors with concealed hinges, Abitare Factory Sand large-format designer tiles, Laufen and Hansgrohe sanitary ware, a Hüppe walk-in shower, a preparation for a fireplace and cooling system, electric heating, and an electric DHW boiler.

Location:
The village of Brod nad Dyjí is located along the wine trail below Kraví Mountain near the upper reservoir of Nové Mlýny. In the village, there is a grocery store, a kindergarten, cafe, library, playground, or outdoor gym; other civic amenities are in nearby Mikulov. You can easily go on walking trips and discover the beauty of the Pálava protected landscape area and the nearby Lednice-Valtice area. In neighboring Pasohlávky, there is an aqua park and, coming soon, thermal baths. The complex is less than a half-hour drive from Brno, 1.5 hours from Bratislava, and 2.5 hours from Prague. The drive to Vienna takes about one hour.
