The ground floor of the cottage consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, pantry and a hall. In the cozy attic there are 2 bedrooms. The house has a basement, and has an outbuilding with a sauna and space for more beds. The large garden has a covered veranda, garden shed and a children's castle.
The cottage is equipped with wooden floors in the bedrooms and tiles on the ground floor, fireplace in the living room and electric water heating with remote switch for the heating before arrival. The house has its own well.

The village of Březinka is located 16 km from Mladá Boleslav, 17 km from Doky (Máchovo jezero Lake) and 75 km / 60 minutes from Prague. Directly behind the house there is a bike path leading to Bezděz Castle.
