In a region renowned for its wine, fertile soil, and rich cultural traditions, there is a boutique countryside-style hotel with a café, wine cellar, and orchard, offering a welcoming retreat not only for its guests but also for visitors of Dívčí Hrady. Three elegantly furnished apartments enchant with their comfort and stunning views of the serene waters of the Nové Mlýny reservoir.
On the ground floor of the three-story, basement-equipped house, there is a café with a fireplace and facilities, accommodating up to 20 guests, with an additional 20 seats available on the adjacent terrace. This level also includes guest restrooms and a storage room. A staircase leads down to a historically protected wine cellar from 1721, which can host up to 20 people. A separate rear entrance provides access to the accommodation area. The entrance on the second floor features a communal lounge with a kitchen and dining area, a restroom, a utility room, and an apartment with a bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the third floor, where two more apartments are located, each with a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The garden, with olive trees and a mature apricot tree, is set on a sloping terrain and divided into several terraces, enhanced with natural stone and sound system installations. The upper terrace features a large table for 20 guests, while a firepit provides the perfect setting for evening gatherings.

The hotel was established in 2021 through an extensive renovation of an original vineyard house, preserving its historically protected front gable. The reconstruction included the roof, all interior structures, and utility installations. All wooden elements—beams, windows, doors, flooring, and furniture—were crafted by the ACER Brno Czech company. The windows are single-pane with wide seating ledges. The bathrooms are fitted with high-quality fixtures, underfloor heating, designer radiators, and travertine limestone flooring, referencing the geological foundation of the surrounding Pálava hills. Some common areas and bathroom walls are adorned with high-quality, washable QUALIBAU plaster. The house is equipped with a security system and a complete sound system (house, café, front terrace, garden).

The area attracts nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists, with popular destinations including the ruins of Děvičky Castle (Dívčí Hrady), the historic center of Mikulov, and the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape.
