Administrative building in the industrial complex, dating from 1934, underwent reconstruction in 2020. The aim of the reconstruction was to create a complex that would concentrate various administrative and service functions and non-disruptive small-scale production within the existing building structure of the former industrial buildings. With its distinctive architectural form of industrial development, it will recall the original genius loci of the location, which has been affected by a change in land use following the demise of the former ČKD manufacturing plant. The complex also includes a gallery space and a two-story corner villa.
