In the First Quarter SVOBODA & WILLIAMS Rented 15.000 sqm. of Commercial Space

In one major deal which contributed to the great business results of the first quarter of 2014, the company mediated renting of 2.900 m2 of office space in the Holešovice Hall Office Park business center.

Among other noteworthy transactions finalized during the first quarter are more than 1.300 m2 of office space rented in the Karlín Futurama Business Park. The office space in this new-generation administrative center has been rented by Czech branches of IPS, an international IT company, and by MSC Austria, a Mediterranean Shipping Company. The above-mentioned overall rented area of more than 15.000 m2 also includes cca. 6.000 m2 of logistic space out of which cca. 2.600 m2 (2.500 m2 of warehouse space and 114 m2 of offices) have been rented in the Prologis Park Prague D1 distribution park by ARB Corporation Ltd., an Australian 4WD vehicle accessories manufacturer.
