The de.fakto studio led by architect Martin Sladký and Filip Hejzlar consists of a team of architects, civil engineers, and interior designers who have participated in dozens of projects and implementations of both private and public buildings since the foundation of the studio in 2001.
The de.fakto studio deals mainly with projects such as family houses and apartment buildings, as well as public buildings and commercial interiors including authorship implementation, and provides its clients with a wide spectrum of architectural services. Heavy emphasis is put on close cooperation with clients, in addition to a creative approach and original solutions. Successfully finished projects include Villa Verde in Prague, Villa na Malvazinkách, the Setec Company building and others. De.fakto's interior designers deal with both private and commercial interiors and have worked, among others, on interiors for Pietro Filipi stores, Quiksilver, Katr and Figo restaurants and the Bikeclinic store. If you come to de.fakto's studio and showroom in Vinohrady, you can delight in the original furniture created under the “design by de.fakto“ brand and other pieces of design furniture, such as those by Brühl and Prostoria – brands exclusively represented by de.fakto.
