VII House

The number 7 is considered a lucky and magic number and in astrology the 7th house is the house of partnership. The truly unique VII House project with unparalleled views is located on the southern edge of Valdštejnské Náměstí Square, a centuries-long sought-after address in Prague. This luxurious residence with 17 apartment units is only a few steps away from what makes Prague so attractive to tourists around the world, yet is hidden away from the most frequented routes.

About the project
The name VII House playfully combines the house number and the ancient use of astrological houses to write up horoscopes. This six-story Renaissance burgher house from the 16th century, built on the site of a famous brewery, was rebuilt in a Classicist style in the early 19th century according to the designs of the Prague architect and court builder Josef Zobel right by the reconstructed U Hybernů house or the Vrtbovské Palace. Its latest refurbishment is the work of the architects from the renowned FormaFatal and Atelier SAD studios, who approached the project as if it were a work of art. Its complete redesign highlights its uniqueness, respects its long and rich history, and returns traditional natural materials to it (e.g. oak floors and new wooden windows). It also showcases contemporary Czech designstone portals made of Božanov sandstone and handmade Baxa ice glass elements. Elegant common areas with a Classicist staircase also feature original Czech lighting and mailboxes in a minimalist style designed by a Czech artist. An elevator has been installed for the comfort of the residents. The courtyard with large flower beds and water features creates a pleasant feeling of calm and intimacy.

Apartments
17 apartments with layouts ranging from studios to four-bedrooms and floor areas from 21 sq. m. to generous 323 sq. m. The spacious apartments on the highest floors boast beautiful views of Prague Castle and the St. Vitus Cathedral, while those on the top floor overlook Valdštejnská Garden. The units on the lower floors have original vaulted ceilings and face a quiet, poetic courtyard. The unique, generously apportioned attic apartment offers views in all four directions and is ready for the installation of a hanging fireplace. Further premium facilities in all apartments include Agorà radiators by the Italian brand TUBES. Modern designer elements add a touch of freshness without disturbing the location's magical genius loci.

Location
The building stands in the vicinity of the Senate in the Wallenstein Palace and Chamber of Deputies in the Thun Palace, close to Prague's most important monuments such as Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, adding to the high quality of life in VII House with its unique atmosphere. Its prestigious address allows you to live in the middle of the Lesser Town, yet in a quiet area only a few minutes' walk from a tram and metro station, near several beautiful accessible palace gardens, the Petřín Gardens, the park on Kampa Island, or the romantic Čertovka Stream. Famous restaurants, stylish cafes, and luxury hotels with spas and fitness rooms are close-by, as is the Kampa Museum or Kunsthalle Prague.
