About the project
The boutique Bramberk Apartments project, intended for the most demanding clients, is the result of the reconstruction of an architecturally important recreation center for the State Bank of Czechoslovakia from the 1970s designed by the architect Vladimír Vokatý, co-author of the O2 arena. The 2-elevator building offers 10 private apartments, 6 studios for commercial use, a modern lounge with a kitchen and self-service bar, a wellness area with a 15-meter pool and Jacuzzi, a relaxation room, or a sunny heated terrace. There is also a ski storeroom and a bicycle shed. Complete services (deliveries, shopping, firewood, ski passes, etc.) will be provided by the caretaker.
Apartments
The offered apartments range from 113 to 155 m2. All have a south-facing heated terrace, and the duplex units even two. Each apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, 2 to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a room with a preparation for an infrared sauna. With a touch of unpretentious luxury, the interiors are decorated in natural colors in muted tones.
