Hartigova 114

For most of its history, the building was known as the Vítkov Hotel; in 2024, it underwent a complete renovation and is now beginning a new chapter as Hartigova 114. The project aims to create a space where people can not only stay overnight but also socialize, play sports, and relax. The basement features a common room and kitchen for hosting celebrations and parties, a podcast studio, a sauna, and a fitness center. These spaces are currently fully functional and in operation; the manner in which these premium amenities will continue to be operated will depend on a joint decision by the future owners.

The units
The building contains a total of 105 small-sized units, ranging in size from approximately 15 m² to 31 m². All units except one are studio apartments and include a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an entryway. These units are suitable both for personal use as a starter apartment and as an investment for long-term or short-term rental. All units are fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.

Location
The location offers excellent transportation access and a full range of amenities. Cafés, supermarkets, small shops, and the Aero art house cinema are all within easy walking distance.
