Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roofs of the buildings.

Apartments
Apartment sizes range from 1bdrm to 3bdrm layouts, between approximately 40 m² and nearly 130 m². Each apartment will have its own garden, balcony, or terrace, with terraces of two premium apartments on the top floors exceeding 100 m². High-quality standards include aluminum windows with triple glazing, wooden frame doors, wooden floors, large-format tiles, underfloor heating, and Duravit and Grohe sanitary fixtures.
Location
The area represents an ideal combination of greenery and excellent accessibility. The project is set within an established residential neighborhood, offering a sense of safety and sufficient privacy.
