The ground floor will be divided into a living space with a kitchen and dining room connected to the garden terrace. There will also be a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a dressing room, and a hallway with a staircase from the basement, where there will be an entrance hall and storage space. Upstairs, there will be another 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a utility room.
The project is created in cooperation with the GRIDO architectural studio. The wooden house will be handed over in a finished state. At the moment, it is still possible for the client to make changes in the selection of sanitary ware and flooring materials. The living room will have a preparation for a fireplace. Parking is on the paved area in front of the house.
The new semi-detached house is set in an existing residential district. There is a library, a sports hall, and a kindergarten. An elementary school is in neighboring Ořech, a 3-minute bus ride away. The location has a very good connections to Prague by car thanks to the close access to the Prague Ring Road. A train station is a five-minute walk away, from where it takes 15 minutes to the Smíchov Railway Station. A suburban bus will get you to the line B metro. Bike paths lead through the village and toward the breathtaking landscape of the nearby Bohemian Karst or the Prokop Valley.
