The ground floor offers living space with kitchen and dining room connected to the garden terrace, furthermore a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, dressing room and hallway with a staircase from the basement, where will be a entrance hall. Upstairs there are abother 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room and a storage room.
The project is created in cooperation with GRIDO architectural studio. This wooden house will be handed over in the finished state. At the moment it is still possible to make client changes in selection of sanitary equipment and flooring. The living room will have preparation for fireplace. This new semi-detached house follows up on the existing residential district. There is a library, sports hall and kindergarten. The elementary school is in neighboring Ořech, a 3-minute bus ride away. The location has a very good connection to Prague by car thanks to a close access to the Prague Ring Road, a commuter train, 5 minute` walk, and it takes 15 minutes to the Smíchov Train Station. Similarly, the suburban bus to metro line B. There are cycle paths leading through the village to the breathtaking landscape of the nearby Bohemian Karst or the Prokop Valley.
