Heating is electric, and the house is pre-fitted for the installation of a photovoltaic system. The flat plot includes a covered parking space for two cars and a garden shed, while also offering potential for further development.

The house is situated on the very edge of Vlčovice and is largely surrounded by a forest, through which the Babincův Stream flows. The village is less than 8 km from Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, beyond whose southern boundary lies the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy mountain range. Hiking trails lead across Velký Javorník, Radhošť, and Smrk all the way to Lysá hora, while cyclists will appreciate the extensive network of bike routes. Full civic amenities are available in Kopřivnice (5 km), and the towns of Frýdek-Místek, Nový Jičín, and Ostrava are also within easy reach.
