The overall concept feels cohesive and is styled in light tones, dominated by high-gloss lacquered surfaces combined with natural knotty oak and granite cladding. The kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped with premium Miele appliances, while the living room features a ROLF BENZ sofa set. The windows are aluminum with triple glazing, and the floors are made of oiled oak parquet. Heating is provided by a Vaillant gas boiler, with underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. A heat recovery ventilation system and air-conditioning ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The house, which has not yet been occupied, was approved for use in 2024 and is secured by a Jablotron system. Maintenance of the landscaped garden, which is prepared for a swimming pool, is facilitated by a robotic lawn mower.

This quiet residential neighborhood offers pleasant living close to nature, whether at the Housle natural rock formation or the better-known Šárka–Lysolaje Nature Park. The surroundings provide numerous leisure opportunities, including bike routes leading, for example, to the ruins of Okoř Castle, to the ferry across the Vltava River to Prague Zoo, or to the Únětice Stream valley. The area also offers good civic amenities, including kindergartens and primary schools, a shop, restaurants, a sports complex, and a football field. The renowned International School of Prague is less than 5 km away. The location is served by bus connections to the Dejvická and Bořislavka metro stations, and both the airport and the Prague Ring Road can be reached by car in approximately 15 minutes.
