Rainwater collected in retention tanks (3 tanks, approx. 24 m³) is used to water the lawned garden with mature specimen trees. Parking is provided on the property in front of the house. The property also includes a heated garden house (29 m²) with a covered terrace (35 m²).

The municipality features a grocery store, a children's playgroup, a microbrewery, and a sports complex with a tennis court, a natural swimming pond, and an outdoor cultural venue, which hosts the Čižice Music Summer and other cultural events during the summer months. Broader civic amenities are available in the neighboring town of Štěnovice. The regional city of Pilsen is also within easy reach, offering good bus connections to Čižice, and the car drive takes just over 10 minutes. The village is surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Švihov Highlands (Švihovská vrchovina) with forests and rare plant species. A hiking trail leads directly from the village to the area's landmark, Jelení vrch, and a cycling path passes right by the house.
