The palace was built in 1578 according to the designs of an Italian architect. Over the years, when it was home to a Lutheran school, among other things, it underwent many reconstructions, the most extensive of which began in 2019. During this reconstruction, original artisanal elements were sensitively renovated, such as vaults, wooden staircases, stone door linings, or the sgraffito facade, while the interior is equipped with everything for modern-day living. Heating is provided by new gas boilers. The building is a real estate cultural monument.
