Just a few steps from the building lies the Velký háj forest park, while nearby you will find the Lhotka natural swimming biotope, cultural and shopping centers, and modern healthcare facilities. Buses stop almost directly in front of the building, providing fast connections to Kačerov and Smíchovské nádraží metro stations, and the future Nádraží Krč station on the planned metro line D is also being developed nearby.
