The unique houseboat ANNA, blending contemporary architecture with fine art, fulfills the romantic vision of life on the water while meeting all the demands for comfortable year-round living—all within reach of Prague’s social and cultural scene. It's moored in the Holešovice Port.
The practical layout features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a hallway, and an entrance vestibule. The main living area opens onto a covered south-facing terrace with a gate and steps leading directly into the water.

The stable foundation of the houseboat consists of a steel hull, which houses the water treatment technology and shore power/water connections. Situated on this base is a timber-frame structure with a metal roof and a wooden terrace offering views over the water’s surface. The facade is adorned with original paintings by the academic painter Barbora Šlapetová, whose work will be featured in a solo exhibition in Venice from April 17th to July 12th, 2026. A pivot-mounted gangway provides access to the deck. Heating is supplied by an electric underfloor system with remote control, while air-conditioning is available for cooling. The property is protected by a security system. The houseboat measures 12 x 5.6 meters with a total weight of approximately 27 tons and a ceiling height of 2.6 meters. Parking is available on the embankment directly next to the houseboat.
Located in Prague's Holešovice district, this is the largest port on the Vltava River, built at the end of the 19th century. Its atmosphere is enhanced by the contrast between river traffic and the modern luxury residential complex, Prague Marina. From the port, it is just a few minutes' walk to the Holešovice, Libeň, and Karlín districts, all connected to the city center by metro and tram. These dynamically developing neighborhoods offer a diverse culinary and cafe scene, rich cultural activities, and full public amenities.
