It is served with Unaghi and cream and spicy sauces. Another specialty is the Unaju Magical Box with smoked eel with Unaghi sauce and sesame seeds. It is served on rice with shredded Chakin bread surrounded by flowers made of pickled ginger and fresh cucumber. Besides sushi Planet Sushi offers also warm Japanese dishes, such as Bo Shot Beef, mouthwatering beef slices fried with sweet tomatoes, Oyster mushroom and Pak Choi leaves seasoned with soy sauce and aromatic black pepper or Madara, red fish cooked with coconut milk sauce, ginger, sweet red pepper and spices, finished with sliced chili pepper and a lime segment. Vegetarians can choose from a selection of traditional Japanese and Thai soups and salads.
