This authentic bistro and shop opened in January of 2012 and is owned and operated by Riccardo Lucque and Ondřej Rákosník of La Finestra in Cucina, one of the best Italian fine dining establishments in Prague. At La Bottega di Finestra you will find a world of all things Italian, from pasta, meats, cheese and wine, to gelato and other desserts. The high quality traditional Italian delicacies offered at the shop are simply mouthwatering and will have you returning time and time again to sample the best of what Italy has to offer. The front of the shop operates as a bistro, where you can order breakfast, complete with authentic and lovely Gianni Frasi coffee. For a quick bite to eat for lunch the bistro features a daily menu that is also available for take away. If you wish to relax after work or after a day of sightseeing the bistro offers a wide variety of wines, salamis, Parma hams and cheese. The back of the shop features fresh fish and aged meat from the Marche region, authentic Italian pastries from Mimmo, the shop’s baker from Puglia in southern Italy and delicious desserts and chocolate treats. The certified aged meat is from Mr. Domenico Celli, an experienced Italian breeder of Marchigiana beef.
