Prague to Paris

Paris – the city of lights, capital of France, capital of fashion and culture and one of the most romantic places in the world. Why not take a quick trip from the equally gorgeous city of Prague to exciting, bustling Paris?

Paris has it all – world class sights including the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Arc de Triomphe, etc., some of the world's best restaurants and shopping, the banks of the Seine River where young and old gather and dance in the warmer months, atmospheric and fabled Montmartre, the Latin Quarter – where intellectuals and artists meet and discuss life in famous cafes, the famous Versailles Chateau and so much more. Paris is the type of place that slowly blossoms and in this sense never gets old; one can say that the city gets better and better with each jaunt even, as secret Parisian sights start to appear. Once you have seen the main sights in this gem of a city you can start to explore the more authentic Paris, which never fails to impress even the most jaded traveler. This is Paris – one of the most fabled cities in the world – the romantic, even mysterious Paris, the one and only! Getting There: Paris has two major international airports, Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly. Flying to Paris takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Paris is served by several train stations; the hub for trains coming from Central and Eastern Europe is Gare de l'Est. Traveling to Paris by train from Prague takes approximately 16 hours and is not a direct train ride, more than likely you would change trains in Berlin, Germany. You can also of course take a bus (approx. 15 hours, operated by Student Agency, Eurolines) to Paris or go by car.
