Since 2013, Industra.Coffee has been the stuff of coffee legends. Founded by Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil who both have experience working at prestigious London cafes (Adam worked at Taylor Street Baristas, while Petra worked at Prufrock Coffee), the cafe was first located in an unattractive industrial area in Brno. To everyone’s surprise the cafe – at the worst address in the city – became a hot spot due to its founders unwavering love of coffee. In March 2021, Industra.Coffee moved to its current location, where Petra and Adam – together with a great team – also established a coffee roasting plant (which is The cafe serves coffee drinks of all kinds, as well as teas, homemade delectable desserts and more, with a focus on high quality, seasonality and freshness.
