For many years now we have been providing investment advice, investment management services for private investors and property owners, as well as devoting ourselves to ongoing market analysis and the multi-level assessment of residential projects.

Our analytical activities also include our biannual Market Report, which summarizes the development of Prague’s premium real estate market. The Market Report is accompanied by our detailed analysis of the Prague residential market, based on our own data and unique data processing methodology. We also publish the Rental Price Index of Svoboda & Williams + VŠE, which we develop in cooperation with the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague.
