About the Project
The Hillside Residence consists of 6 low-rise apartment buildings with underground parking. Garage type parking is shared by the entire complex. Houses C1, C3, and C5 have 5 floors, houses C2, C4, and C6 have 4 floors. The project will create a pleasant residential area surrounded by nature with excellent access to the center of Bratislava.

There will be one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments with floor areas from 38 sq. m. to 145 sq. m. Each apartment comes with a spacious balcony, terrace, or front garden.
